I take time to clear my energy, ground into presence, and open to receive what wants to come through. From there, I am guided by feeling, imagery, and intuitive knowing.
The materials are chosen intentionally, each one carrying its own energy and purpose. Feathers, wood, stones, and elements are brought together in a way that feels aligned, balanced, and alive.
Each piece is infused with Reiki and created in alignment with the highest good.

These tools are meant to be felt, not followed.
Feathers, in particular, can be used to move energy with intention. The way you guide them matters. You may find yourself gently sweeping energy away from the body or space when clearing, or drawing energy inward when calling in support, nourishment, or protection.
There is no single way to do this “right.”
Pay attention to what your body wants to do. Notice the direction your hand naturally moves, the pace that feels aligned, and the intention behind it.
You might:
Sweep outward to release and clear
Draw inward to invite and restore
Move slowly for grounding
Move more briskly for activation or clearing
Let your breath guide you. Let your awareness lead.
Over time, your relationship with the piece will deepen. It will begin to feel less like something you are using, and more like something you are working with.
Trust what you feel.
Your inner guidance is the most important part of the practice.
